HOST

• Properly quote wait times and handle all seating requests and accommodations

TO-GO CASHIER

SERVER

• 21 years or older exhibiting excellent guest service skills to all guests in the restaurant
• Have extensive knowledge of all the offerings of 575°

BARTENDER

• 21 years or older exhibiting guest service skills to all guests in the restaurant
• Have extensive knowledge of all the offerings of 575°, especially beer, wine, and sangria
• Professionally promote all offerings of 575° to guests through the ordering process

DISH

• Keep 575° service ware sparkling by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, using both machine and manual methods
• Assist the restaurant floor
• Be ready to support the other areas of the kitchen

PREP

• Properly prepare all ingredients and recipes for use in the restaurant
• Be ready to support the other areas of the kitchen
• Eagerly take on new opportunities to train in the kitchen

SALAD

• Prepare the BEST Salads, Desserts, and Appetizers (Artists Wanted)
• Manage ticket times to ensure timely delivery to the guest
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment

MAKE

• Assemble the BEST Pizzas in America (Magicians Wanted)
• Manage ticket times to ensure timely delivery to the guest
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment

POUND

• Be that person who gets to throw the dough in the air (The kid in us thinks it’s up there with being a firefighter)
• Manage ticket times to ensure timely delivery to the guest
• Ensure that everything that comes out of the kitchen is 575° BEST

OVEN

• Responsible for cooking the BEST Pizzas in America (Heavy)
• Develop deep understanding of oven and how to work it
• Support kitchen staff around the ovens

FOH MANAGER

• Promote and train 575° Standards of Sales Performance
• Ensure that all guests and FOH staff are treated like family
• Coordinate and communicate with all FOH personnel to achieve 575° goals

BOH MANAGER

• Promote and train 575° Standards of Kitchen Performance
• Ensure that all guests and BOH staff are treated like family
